What's the turnaround time on a custom order?
Most single orders ship within 5-7 business days. Bulk orders (12+) typically take 10-14 business days depending on size and complexity. Need it faster? Just ask — we offer rush options whenever possible.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer tier pricing on orders of 12 or more. Discounts get better at 25, 50, and 100+ units. Request a quote on our Bulk Orders page and we'll send you a personalized estimate within 24 hours.
Can I pick up locally?
Absolutely! We're based in St. Cloud, FL and offer free local pickup for customers in Central Florida. We'll let you know when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time that works for you.
Can you help me design something from scratch?
Yes. If you have an idea but no design yet, just tell us what you're thinking and we'll help bring it to life. Basic design help is included with most orders. More complex custom design work may have a small fee — we'll always quote it upfront.
What's the difference between DTF and embroidery?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints are vibrant, full-color designs that work great for detailed logos, photos, and multi-color artwork. Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric — durable, professional, and perfect for company logos or polished team gear.
What file formats should I send for my artwork?
We prefer high-resolution PNG, JPG, AI, or PDF files. Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS) work best for sharp results. If you only have a low-res image, let us know — we can often help touch it up or recreate it.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship anywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most orders arrive 3-5 business days after they ship.
What's your return policy?
Because every order is custom-made just for you, we don't accept returns on custom items unless there's a defect or mistake on our end. If something's wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
